In a world where everyone is always telling us what to do and who to be, it can be confusing to find our true selves and how we individually thrive. We are experiencing some of the highest rates of depression, anxiety, and substance dependency, largely due to the lack of confidence and self-understanding we have. 

Knowing who we are, where our strengths lie, and feeling confident in ourselves is critical in our ability to flourish, both in our professional and personal lives. While it takes time and practice, there are five key elements to conquer our anxiety, fear, and uncertainty during a time when demands are seemingly running our lives and in turn, find our personal spirit and self-assurance. 

During this presentation/workshop, I present the five steps of building self-confidence that I learned through my experience, career, and psychology and leadership degrees. I have translated these practices into every life to help other women prosper through getting in touch with their personal uniqueness.

1. Discover the true meaning of confidence and why so many of us struggle to find it in our lives.
2. Learn the five elements of how to look inward, find our limiting beliefs, conquer them, and live in our strengths.
3. Understand the psychological principles that support the five elements to building self-confidence, why they are important and how they work with our brains and behavior.
4. Practice applying these five key elements through an included take-home bundle for each member of the audience, including a practice journal where each participant can take this topic and apply it directly to their own experience and lives. 
5. Learn how to stand firm in who we are and live in our strengths, building personal confidence one choice at a time.
